• Developed PickFlix, a group-powered Netflix movie selector available as a web app and Chrome extension.
• Implemented a lock-in voting feature where movies/shows require consensus from group members before final selection.
• Built room creation with codes and real-time group chat for collaborative decision-making.
• Integrated TMDb API to recommend popular titles tailored to group preferences.
• Engineered using React, Node.js/Express, and Firestore/MongoDB for scalability and real-time updates.
• Currently designing an Android mobile application to extend PickFlix beyond the browser.
